The Final Percent

Picture This: A breathtaking stretch of the Rocky Mountains and the crisp air of Grand Lake, Colorado. The stunning landscape wasn’t just a backdrop but rather set the scene where profound connections were strengthened, creating cherished moments that will forever live in the hearts and memories of Kappa Club.

Kappa Klub, is a small group of women within a larger organization known as The Final Percent, founded by Greg and Cayla Kimble in Erie, Colorado. The Kimbles saw a genuine need for more resources, support, growth, and authentic connection among their close-knit community and their industry partners, dedicated to making a profound impact on those who are committed to going the final percent. At its core, The Final Percent is a philosophy that the Kimbles help to spread, one that is about being the best version of yourself, pushing past your perceived limitations, and truly going that “Final Percent”.

The weekend retreat for Kappa Club in Grand Lake, Colorado, was a living testament to that mission. Every woman in Kappa Club committed to going the final percent, not just for themselves, but for each other. The retreat was more than an escape; it was a deep dive into vulnerability and connection. There were tears released, bonds strengthened by shared truths and open hearts, and there was a measure of love and support shared amongst the women that was truly awe-inspiring to have gotten to capture. Getting to witness each woman’s journey, the growth, the laughter, and the way they held space for one another was truly a privilege. The pictures show pure joy, radiant smiles, and depict powerful women who are dedicated to showing up as their best selves, ready to face our life’s battles with unshakable dedication and as a collective force.

Kappa Club’s 2025 Grand Lake retreat was a powerful reminder to me that the final percent is not often found in such solo efforts, but in the strength of the sisterhood that carries you through. Teaching us that we must be true to ourselves and face those hard vulnerable moments which create beautiful connections, reminding us even in our darkest hours that we are not alone. A big thank you to Kappa Club, and the Final Percent, for letting me share in your adventure, the beautiful growth, and perfect moments that took place throughout the adventure of the Kappa Club retreat!
